Who We're Looking For

We are seeking a therapist who genuinely value healing, empowerment, and culturally centered wellness. You bring authenticity, curiosity, compassion, and strong clinical integrity. You care deeply about creating safe and affirming therapeutic spaces, and you are excited to learn, grow, and contribute to a modern and intentional private practice community.

Role Expectations
  • Carry a caseload of at least 15 clients per week

  • Maintain timely and thorough documentation

  • Participate in weekly supervision (individual and group)

  • Engage in professional development and continued learning

  • Contribute to a supportive, collaborative team culture

Candidate Qualities
  • Passion for serving women of color and culturally diverse clients

  • Strong interest in trauma-informed modalities

  • Self-starter with strong organizational and follow-through abilities

  • Open to constructive feedback and ongoing growth

  • Warm, grounded, and professional presentation

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or related field

  • Limited Permit Mental Health Counselor required (new graduates welcome)

  • Ability to work independently while staying connected to team support

  • Experience working with trauma, or interest in trauma-informed training

  • Prior outpatient therapy experience preferred
