Role Expectations

Carry a caseload of at least 15 clients per week

Maintain timely and thorough documentation

Participate in weekly supervision (individual and group)

Engage in professional development and continued learning

Contribute to a supportive, collaborative team culture
Candidate Qualities

Passion for serving women of color and culturally diverse clients

Strong interest in trauma-informed modalities

Self-starter with strong organizational and follow-through abilities

Open to constructive feedback and ongoing growth

Warm, grounded, and professional presentation

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Qualifications
-
Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or related field
-
Limited Permit Mental Health Counselor required (new graduates welcome)
-
Ability to work independently while staying connected to team support

Experience working with trauma, or interest in trauma-informed training
-
Prior outpatient therapy experience preferred
